Royal Pools and G2 Landscaping is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist customers with their purchases, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand and promote product features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are well-displayed.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Stay informed about current promotions and product offerings.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs).
- Must be able to work Saturdays.
