Royal Pools G2 Landscaping is looking for a dedicated and experiencedPool Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role focuses on the maintenance, repair, and care of inground pools, ensuring that our clients’ pools are safe, clean, and functioning optimally. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pool systems and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of inground pools, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks.
- Water Quality Management: Test pool water and adjust chemical levels as necessary to ensure safe and healthy swimming conditions.
- Equipment Repair: Diagnose and repair issues with pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and automatic cleaners.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients about maintenance schedules, service procedures, and recommendations for pool care.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed service records, including services performed, chemicals used, and equipment repairs.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and best practices while performing maintenance tasks.
- Seasonal Preparation: Prepare pools for seasonal openings and closings, including winterization and startup procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in pool maintenance or service are preferred.
- Proven experience in pool maintenance, specifically with inground pools.
- Strong knowledge of pool chemistry, equipment, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs).
