Royal Pools G2 Landscaping is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing and a passion for creating high-quality outdoor spaces, particularly in pool construction and related projects. This role involves working with various concrete applications to ensure exceptional finishes that meet our high standards.

Job Type: Full-time (March-November)
Key Responsibilities:
- Concrete Placement: Pour, level, and finish concrete for pool decks, patios, and other outdoor installations.
- Surface Finishing: Use tools such as trowels, floats, and edgers to achieve smooth, even surfaces and desired textures.
- Formwork: Construct and set up forms for concrete pours, ensuring they are secure and properly aligned.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by grading and leveling areas to ensure proper drainage and alignment.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed to meet project specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including laborers and supervisors, to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintenance: Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in concrete finishing are a plus.
- Proven experience as a concrete finisher, preferably in pool construction or outdoor design.
- Strong knowledge of concrete properties, finishing techniques, and safety practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs).
