Top 5 Most Popular Latham Vinyl Liner Patterns in 2026

Choosing the right pool for your yard and swimming needs can be difficult. If you’re thinking about inground pools and you choose to go with a vinyl liner pool, you now have another massive decision to make: what liner pattern do you want?

Royal Pools G2 Landscaping has installed hundreds of vinyl liner pools across Northwest Indiana and South Chicagoland over our 26 years of business. We have sourced liners from several manufacturers over time. One of those manufacturers is Latham Pools, a fiberglass and vinyl liner pool manufacturer that currently provides over forty vinyl liner pool patterns.

Our clients seem to love Latham’s liner options. So, we decided to compile a list of some of their most lucrative liners. In this article, we’re taking a look at five of the most popular vinyl pool liner designs offered by Latham that we sell at RPG2. Without further ado, let’s dive in.

Blue Mosaic w/ Mountain Top Border

Blue mosaic with mountain top vinyl liner pattern from Latham Pools. Bottom of liner is comprised of light and dark blue checkered squares below a border with yellow and blue lines crossing each other horizontally.

Let’s start with a bordered option. For years, bordered liners were loved by homeowners. Nowadays, borders are slightly less popular, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t options.

The blue mosaic liner pattern is a classic liner design. Primarily comprised of dark-blue squares, this liner pattern gives the appearance of a high-end tiled floor and wall surface. This makes the pattern great for homeowners seeking a high-end look without breaking the bank.

When paired with the mountain top border, this liner offers a blend of modern and classic design, while creating a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere.

Note: the blue mosaic liner IS available without the mountain top border.

Vintage Marble w/ Santorini Border

White marble vinyl liner pattern with santorini border from Latham Pools. White marble bottom with a flowing blue and white border with multiple swirled sections broken apart at the top of the image.

A personal favorite of ours, here we have the vintage marble liner pattern with a santorini border. One of the most beautiful patterns offered by Latham, this liner design is perfect for high-end, luxurious backyard designs.

If you’ve never seen a white inground pool before, trust us, they’re BEAUTIFUL. With this pattern, you achieve a legitimate white marble look on your pool with a wave-like blue border, enhancing the look of your water.

Note: the vintage marble liner IS available without the santorini border.

Grey Crystal

Grey crystal vinyl liner pattern from Latham Pools. Grey background atop which lie hundreds of blue, grey, and black graphic shards.

Now let’s move over to some borderless options. Here we have the grey crystal pattern, which boasts a cystallic shard-like look full of grey, black, and blue specs, giving the pool a stark white look when filled with water.

I have seen this pattern in person multiple times and can confirm it is beautiful, offering a more simplistic look from afar, only for the details to be beautifully realized when observed up close.

Pearlstone

Pearlstone vinyl liner pattern from Latham Pools. Crystallic shards of light brown, grey, silver, light blue, and dark blue comprise the liner and image.

Speaking as a former pool maintenance technician (fancy term for the guy that drives around cleaning and balancing pools every day), the pearlstone liner pattern was always my absolute favorite to see in vinyl liner pools.

When looking at the pearlstone, it looks similar to the grey crystal pattern, only with the shard-like crystals blown up large. This pattern has a frozen, crystallic look to it. I have never seen pool water sparkle in a vinyl liner pool quite like one with a pearlstone liner.

Harmony

Harmony vinyl liner pattern from Latham Pools. Circular and semi-circular swirls of dark blue with yellow and gold line accents.

Last, but certainly not least, we have the harmony liner pattern. The harmony is one of Latham’s newest liner patterns, and it has made quite a name for itself.

Here we have one of the most unique patterns offered by Latham. The Harmony features dark blue swirls with golden accents. Yes, you read that right: golden accents. These gold accents provide a luxurious, high-end accent to your pool’s design, while the dark blue areas help retain heat, saving you money.

Which Pattern is Right For You?

If you’re thinking something like, “Man, I love a few of these patterns. How am I supposed to choose just one?” The liner you choose should line up with you and your family’s swim needs.

Ask yourself questions like:

  • What color do I want my pool to look like? Dark blue? Light blue? Turquoise? White?
  • Do I want my pool to retain heat?
  • Does my pool sit under direct sunlight and take in a lot of heat?
  • Am I concerned with seeing all the debris on the pool floor?
  • Do I want a border around the top of the liner?
  • When the time comes for a vinyl pool liner replacement, will I want to upgrade the existing pattern or choose a new one?

The answers to these questions will help you determine which vinyl liner pattern to choose for your pool. Remember, liner replacements are required every 7 – 10 years on average. If you end up not liking the pattern you choose, you can always replace it with a new pattern down the line.

Conclusion

There you have it, folks. Five excellent, popular vinyl liner patterns from one of the best vinyl liner manufacturers around. These liners are all fairly unique from one another, showcasing the aesthetic versatility you enjoy by choosing a vinyl liner pool.

We hope you found a liner perfect for you, but if you didn’t, don’t worry! There are hundreds of vinyl liner patterns available on the market–and not just from Latham Pools. Utilize this article as a springboard into further research and hunting for the best liner for you.
