Royal Pools G2 Landscaping is seeking a skilled and dedicated Pool Construction Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing various types of inground pools and will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship, customer satisfaction and professionalism throughout the installation process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Installation: Install swimming pools, including excavation, structural assembly, plumbing, electrical, and finishing touches.
- Site Preparation: Prepare and maintain job sites, ensuring safety and cleanliness at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain heavy machinery and tools required for pool installation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including contractors and suppliers, to ensure project timelines are met.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on installation progress.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during installation and propose effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in pool construction or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, including plumbing and electrical work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs).
