Royal Pools G2 Landscaping is seeking a passionate and skilled Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping and a keen eye for design, contributing to the creation of beautiful outdoor spaces that complement our pool installations. This role involves working on various landscaping projects, from planting to hardscaping and irrigation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Landscape Installation: Assist in the design and installation of landscape features, including plantings, hardscaping (patios, walkways, retaining walls), and water features.
- Plant Care: Select, plant, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation, ensuring their health and aesthetic appeal.
- Irrigation Systems: Install and maintain irrigation systems to promote optimal plant growth and water efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team and other crew members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate landscaping equipment and machinery, such as bobcat, saws, plate compactors, soil compactors, blowers and more, while adhering to safety protocols.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in landscaping or horticulture are a plus.
- Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of plant care, landscape design principles, and horticulture.
- Ability to operate landscaping tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs).
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
